The apartment comprises of one double bedroom separated from the living area by a curtain, a living area, a kitchen and bathroom.
The living area has a sofa, double sofa bed, a coffee table, cable T.V, a DVD player, dining table and chairs and complimentary wireless internet connection.
The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need. It has 2 hotplates, a microwave, a grill, washing machine, a mini fridge and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you should require during your stay.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables with reading lights. This room also opens out onto the living room through a curtain.
The fully tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, a handbasin, hair dryer and a W.C.
This apartment includes an iron, an ironing board.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cash security deposit of EUR 400 will be required on check in, fully refundable less any deductions for damages incurred during your stay.
- Payment Procedure:
- The non-refundable booking deposit for this apartment is charged in two transactions. The first taken by Loving Apartments at the time of booking. The second deposit, 40% of the remaining balance, is to be paid by Paypal on booking. The details for which will be contained in your Confirmation Email.
- Alternatively you may pay the second deposit by bank transfer.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not secure until the second deposit has been received by the apartment manager.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your booking deposit is non-refundable.
