This peaceful and homely one bedroom apartment in on the top of a traditional 1930s building in the Montorgueil neighbourhood. The area has an old town atmosphere that is lively in the day but calm at night. There many shops, cafes and bistros in the immediate vicinity.
The Rue Montorgueil is one of Paris' oldest market streets. A pedestrian-only zone lined with some of the city's best fish, produce, and fine grocery shops. Though Rue Montorgueil is in the center of the city, it retains a small village atmosphere.
Within easy distance is Les Halles, the Louvre, the Pompidou Centre, Jardin du Palais Royal and just short distance by metro you can access all of the major attractions of Paris.
The apartment has a living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The living room has a double sofa bed, arm chair, coffee table, sideboard, cupboards, TV, work desk, two reading lamps and dining table with four chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and all the cookware that you will require during your stay.
The bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table and walk-in closet.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, washing machine, hand basin and WC.
An iron, ironing board, internet connection and hair dryer are provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 200 is payable on arrival. This is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
- Cancellations. For bookings for stays of less than 3 weeks: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival a further cancellation charge of 20 euros will be applied.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 20% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 50% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less than 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- For bookings for more than 3 weeks in duration:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 40% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 60% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less then 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- A reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro administration fee.
- Late arrival will be subject to a late check-in fee depending on the hour you arrive:
From 19:00 to 21:59 = 10 Euro, from 22:00 to 23:59 = 30 Euro, from 00:00 to 00:59 = 40 Euro and Arrivals after 1:00 = 50 Euro.
Please note that check-ins after 1 are possible only by prior arrangement.
- Refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival (small apartments 200 EUR/ larger apartments 300 EUR). Refund: after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
- Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 EURO per person.
