Being located in the centre of the 6th district you are surrounded by lots of restaurants, cinemas and bars.
Benefiting from great location this apartment is close to Saint Michel and Saint-Germain-des-Pres. You will find lots of places for you to sample the local cuisine. You will also be able to find Serge Gainsbourgs unique house standing amongst the many art galleries. You are also in close proximity to the famous Jardin de Luxembourg gardens.
The two bedroom apartment is spacious having an open plan living/dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate toilet and two balconies, one of them having an outside electric grill.
The open plan living area has a sofa and two arm chairs, a coffee table, a satellite/cable T.V, a radio, books, reading lights and large panel window doors allowing plenty of light to filter through. Through these doors you are lead to the balcony where you have a view of the Place Saint Michel. In the same area you have a dining table easily seating six guests.
Behind is the fully equipped kitchen having a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a four ring stove.
Walking down the hallway you will find the two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables and lights and large built in wood wardrobes. If requested the bed can be split to make two single beds.
The second bedroom also has a queen size bed with bedside tables, lamps and built in wardrobes.
The bathroom is brightly finished with white tiles and a large mirror. It has a bath with shower, a W.C, and a two hand basins.
There is a separate toilet with in the apartment.
Included in the apartment is complimentary wireless internet access, a local activities/restaurant guide, a hair dryer, a telephone and a computer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, a further instalment of 30% is payable to the apartment manager and due by bank transfer immediately. Details will be provided on booking. Please provide confirmation of your bank transfer on the day of your booking.
- Failure to recieve the second deposit of 30% within 5 days of your booking will result in your booking being cancelled.
- In the event of cancellation your initital booking deposits are both non-refundable. No further cancellation charges apply.
- The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival, payable by either cash or credit card.
- If you are checking in on the following days a 50 EUR charge will apply:

- If you are wishing to check in before 9.30am or after 7pm or on a Sunday a surcharge of 50 EUR will apply.
- Upon arrival a copy of a credit card is required as a security deposit for the duration of your stay. Nothing will be charged unless there are any breakages or damages within the apartment.
