This apartment benefits from being on the 7th floor offering you great views across the district and its monuments in particular the famous Saint Germain church.
Being split over two levels this duplex has two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two toilets (one of each floor) a living/dining area, a kitchen and two private balconies.
On entering the first floor you have the bedrooms both benefiting from a free-running balcony.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside lamps, a T.V and built in wardrobes. It has its own en suite having a large bath and handbasin.
Across the hallway you will find another bathroom having a walk in shower and handbasin.
The second bedroom ideally for two children has two single beds.
Climbing up the stairs is where you can relax having the living/ dining area, the kitchen and another small balcony.
The kitchen at the top of the stairs has a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a dryer.
Leading through there is living/dining area. The dining table comfortably seating four is placed right by the windows allowing you to enjoy panoramic views over the city. In the living area you have a double sofa making a double sofa bed, a cable T.V, a DVD player, an I Pod station, a coffee table and a large stand up lamp offering you reading light. From here you can access the second balcony where you will find a wooden table with dining chairs perfect for a bit of al fresco dining.

- Please note that the minimum number of nights can vary, depending on the number of nights prior to arrival that the booking is made.
- As soon as your booking has been confirmed you are required to pay a further deposit of 25% of the total cost to the apartment owner via credit card. This must be paid within 3 days of the booking being confirmed. Your welcome team in Paris will contact you shortly in order to arrange payment and provide the rental agreement which you are required to complete and send back to the welcome team.
- The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival either by credit card or in cash in Euros
- Upon arrival you will be asked for a pre-authorisation security deposit of 500 EUR by a credit card. This will be released after departure if no damage is caused.
- Cancellation policy:
- The booking deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your start date a charge of further 25% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your start date a charge of further 50% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before your start date your full rental charge, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
