Nearby are the Pompidou/Beaubourg Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Louvre Museum and the magnificent Place des Vosges
Located on the 4th floor with lift, the apartment offers a fantastic location, with a great view of Paris right from the living room!
The living area is large and spacious, and has a large sofa to relax after a day's adventure in the big city.
The first floor also has a small work/office, and the dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, hob, washing machine and coffee machine.
Climbing the winding staircase, brings you to the bedroom, with queen size bed. The ensuite bathroom, has a large standing shower, and a sink. There is a second bathroom, located on the first level, which has a bathtub and W.C. A hair dryer is provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
