Saint Anne #2, Classical with Modern Features.

This two bedroom apartment offers you plenty of room for your stay in Paris. Being near the centre of the city you are with in great connection to explore Paris's top attractions. This district is great for theatre lovers having 'La Comedie Francaise' and 'Le theatre des Bouffes Parisiens'. Also only a few minutes away from the apartment are the Louvre Museum and the Paris Opera. Also discover the Choiseul alley, the Vivienne Gallery, the Vendome square and the Jardin des Tuileries Gardens.

This charming classical apartment is exactly what you would you would expect from Paris. Designed by an interior architect you will find beautiful features to create a classical and cosy atmosphere.

With in the apartment there is one bathroom, two bedrooms, a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.

When entering the apartment on the left hand side you have the bathroom which has a bath with shower, a separate walk in shower, a hand basin, a heated towel rail and a W.C.

You the have the living/dining area which is bright but also creating a cosy atmosphere. The living area has a sofa making a double sofa bed, a coffee table, two arm chairs, a fireplace, a large mirror, a cable T.V, a DVD player, an I pod station. There are floor to ceiling double windows which open to give you plenty of light and air.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need having a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher.

Reaching the bedrooms you will offered plenty of comfort. Both having two single beds which can be made into a double with bedside tables and reading lamps, wardrobes and large mirrors. Both also have large windows filtering through maximum light.

The first bedroom on the right when entering the apartment also has a fireplace with a stool.

The second bedroom has an extra two chairs.

Included in the apartment is complimentary high speed internet access, an iron, an ironing board a washing machine and a dryer. A baby cot is available.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • IMPORTANT
  • Please note that the minimum number of nights can vary, depending on the number of nights prior to arrival that the booking is made.
  • As soon as your booking has been confirmed you are required to pay a further deposit of 25% of the total cost to the apartment owner via credit card. This must be paid within 3 days of the booking being confirmed. Your welcome team in Paris will contact you shortly in order to arrange payment and provide the rental agreement which you are required to complete and send back to the welcome team.
  • The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival either by credit card or in cash in Euros
  • Upon arrival you will be asked for a pre-authorisation security deposit of 500 EUR by a credit card. This will be released after departure if no damage is caused.
  • Cancellation policy:
  • The booking deposit is non refundable.
  • If you cancel 30 days or more before your start date a charge of further 25% of the remainder cost will be due.
  • If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your start date a charge of further 50% of the remainder cost will be due.
  • If you cancel 15 days or less before your start date your full rental charge, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
