This two bedroom apartment offers you plenty of room for your stay in Paris. Being near the centre of the city you are with in great connection to explore Paris's top attractions. This district is great for theatre lovers having 'La Comedie Francaise' and 'Le theatre des Bouffes Parisiens'. Also only a few minutes away from the apartment are the Louvre Museum and the Paris Opera. Also discover the Choiseul alley, the Vivienne Gallery, the Vendome square and the Jardin des Tuileries Gardens.
This modernly designed apartment comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a living/dining area. Through out the apartment there are plenty of large windows giving it a light and airy atmosphere.
On entering the apartment you have the kitchen on the right hand side and further along you have the bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen is bright and spacious and includes a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and a dishwasher. With in the kitchen there is a small breakfast table with two chairs.
The bathroom is also bright and finished to a modern design having a bath with shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
The first bedroom has a double bed, a mirror a fireplace and built in wardrobes. Connecting to the second bedroom through a closable door you will find another double bed, built in wardrobes, a fireplace and a cable T.V. This room also has its own separate entrance to the bathroom.
You then have the living/dining area. This is bright having a sofa which makes a double sofa bed, two side tables both with reading lamps, two arm chairs, a small coffee table, a mirror and a cable T.V. The dining table is placed behind comfortably seating four guests.
Included in the apartment is complimentary high speed internet access, an iron, an ironing board and a washing machine. A baby cot is available.

- Please note that the minimum number of nights can vary, depending on the number of nights prior to arrival that the booking is made.
- As soon as your booking has been confirmed you are required to pay a further deposit of 25% of the total cost to the apartment owner via credit card. This must be paid within 3 days of the booking being confirmed. Your welcome team in Paris will contact you shortly in order to arrange payment and provide the rental agreement which you are required to complete and send back to the welcome team.
- The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival either by credit card or in cash in Euros
- Upon arrival you will be asked for a pre-authorisation security deposit of 500 EUR by a credit card. This will be released after departure if no damage is caused.
- Cancellation policy:
- The booking deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your start date a charge of further 25% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your start date a charge of further 50% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before your start date your full rental charge, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
