This one bedroom apartment placed in the historic district of the Marais offers you excellent location on the Right Bank of the River Seine opposite the famous Ile Saint Louis. The Marais Is home to many historical buildings, museums, art galleries, monuments and Squares including Place des Vosges. It also hosts the famous Opera National de Paris Bastille.
Down the charming narrow streets you will find many smart boutiques, galleries, local restaurants, trendy bars, antique shops and theatres.
This bright classic Parisian apartment offers you plenty of comfort. It has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has a sofa which makes a trundle bed giving you two single beds, a CD player, a side table with a reading light, an open fireplace, a large mirror and a separate chair.
There is also a small bar connecting to the kitchen having one stool.
The kitchen has ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a stove, a kettle, a coffee maker and kitchen utensils. There is a washing machine fitted in the kitchen.
Making your way to the bedroom you will a king size double bed, bedside tables with reading lights, a chest of draws, a fireplace, a mirror, a T.V and a DVD player.
The bathroom has been finished to a modern design having a walk in shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
Available in the apartment is an iron, an ironing board, a telephone, complimentary Wi Fi internet access, a fold-able dining table, fans, a hair dryer and a video library. A baby cot is available upon request at a local charge of 60 EUR for the duration of the stay.
A private transfer or a shuttle service is available upon request to collect you and take you to your apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A pre authorisation of 500 EUR is required as a security deposit for this apartment.
- ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THE APARTMENT MANAGER REQUIRES A FURTHER DEPOSIT OF 30% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL.
- For this payment a 4% credit card surcharge will be applied.
- The remaining balance after the deposit payments is payable on arrival in cash in Euros.
- If you are booking within one month of arrival the total booking cost must be paid for at time of booking.
- Any cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged the additional 50% booking deposit.
- Any cancellations made less then 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- Any no shows or arrivals at the apartment requesting to cancel will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- A pre authorisation security deposit is required upon arrival. A copy of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will be taken and held in the event of any damage. If you wish to pay this by another form of payment this must be arranged prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable provided that no damage is caused or anything is missing from the apartment. If the deposit is insufficient to the damage caused the guest is liable to pay the full cost of the damages.
- If you wish to check in on Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day an additional fee of 50 EUR will apply.
