This stylish two bedroom apartment is in an excellent location having the Eiffel Tower right on the doorstep. Situated in the area of Invalides and the Eiffel Tower Quarter you are in prime position to explore the city. Sight seeing is a must having the many historic buildings including Assemblee Nationale Palais -Bourbon and Hotel des Invalides, historic streets such as the the Rue Cler Market and Champs de Mars which leads you down to the Eiffel Tower and the River Seine. Museums, art galleries and churches are plenty within the area.
The two bedroom apartment is located on the third floor accessible by a lift, has been finished to a modern and contemporary style. Within the apartment there are two bedrooms, an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The open living/dining area is bright and very comfortable having a sofa, two arm chairs, a large coffee table, a T.V and large patio doors which open out on to the balcony. There is a dining table which comfortably seats four guests. Here there is also a small table with a mirror and standing lamp.
Leading through to the next room you will find the fully equipped kitchen. Also finished to a high standard having a deep red theme through out you will have everything you need for the duration of your stay. Included is a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, an oven and an electric stove. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen.
The master bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables either side and reading lamps, a T.V and a set of wardrobes.
The second room is very bright and simple having two single beds. In the middle of these is a chest of draws with two reading lights. An extra chair is also in this room.
Entering the bathroom there is a large walk in shower, a bidet and two hand basins with two mirrors. A separate toilet is within the apartment.
Included in the apartment is complimentary Wi Fi internet access and a hair dryer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
