Located in the 12th arrondisement of Paris on the Right Bank of the River Seine you are very close to all the top attractions Paris has to offer. In the area you have Parc Bercy offering you peaceful gardens with several waterworks, Bois de Vincennes with footpaths temples and boats available to rent along the lake and Opera Bastille where you can see many theatrical shows.
Around you there are many restaurants, cafes and a few museums. You are well connected having the Daumesnil metro right on your doorstep which will take you all around the city.
The one bedroom apartment is designed with an open living/dining/kitchen, one bedroom and a separate bathroom.
The main room comprises of a living area, a dining area and a small kitchen. There is sofa, a T.V, a DVD player and a small dining table with two stools. The kitchen has an oven, a fridge, two electric hobs, a coffee maker and kitchen utensils.
The bedroom is bright having a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps, a chest of draws and a large mirror.
The bathroom has a shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
A bedding fee of 10 EUR will apply for one or two guests.
This apartment has an iron and a hair dryer.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The booking deposit is made up of two separate transactions, both due at the time of booking.
- The first is payable by credit card payable to Loving Apartments.
- The second is a further 20% of the total which is payable by bank transfer to the apartment management company (details sent in your Confirmation Email).
- The remaining balance in due in cash in Euros on arrival.
- Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to the rental start date to avoid any cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made 15 or less to the start date will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- If cancelled less then 15 days before arrival the booking is non-refundable but the cost can be transferred to a voucher for any other other apartment which will be valid for 24 months from the rental date.
