Rambuteau, The Heart of the Marais.
This pretty apartment providing a quiet and convenient stay is situated in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, on the right bank in the Marais district.
The Marais is a delightful area of central Paris, home to some of it's most popular museums such as Musee Picasso and Musee des Arts and Metiers. The small winding streets of the Marais are full of boutiques, galleries and restaurants, and a thriving cafe culture. The Marais is also the heart of the Paris gay scene.
There is a living/dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom.
The living area has a double sofa bed, TV, stereo, CD player and dining table with chairs. Wireless internet is available for a charge of EUR 4 per day, EUR 25 per week.
The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, hob, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and the cookware that you will require during your stay.
The spacious first bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps. The second bedroom has a single bed, single convertible couch chest of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath, hand basin, drying rack, hair dryer and WC.
An iron, ironing board and alarm clock are all provided. Paid parking is available on the street.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable cash security deposit of EUR 200 is available on arrival. This is refunded after departure assuming no damages.
- Cancellations. For bookings for stays of less than 3 weeks: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival a further cancellation charge of 20 euros will be applied.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 20% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 50% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less than 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- For bookings for more than 3 weeks in duration:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 40% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 60% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less then 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- A reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro administration fee.
- Late arrival will be subject to a late check-in fee depending on the hour you arrive:
From 19:00 to 21:59 = 10 Euro, from 22:00 to 23:59 = 30 Euro, from 00:00 to 00:59 = 40 Euro and Arrivals after 1:00 = 50 Euro.
Please note that check-ins after 1 are possible only by prior arrangement.
- Refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival (small apartments 200 EUR/ larger apartments 300 EUR). Refund: after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
- Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 EURO per person.
