Pinot Noir is a luxury one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Paris. This Parisian hideaway is located on a side street off the lively Rue De Bretagne in one of the most desirable Parisian neighbourhoods. It is on the third floor (no lift) and offers charming roof top views.
The living/dining area comes with double sofa bed, coffee table, comfortable chair, flat screen cable television, DVD and CD player, I-Pod docking station and dining table with chairs.
The artistically appointed master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed that can also separate into two twin beds for individual travellers. This bedroom has a large window providing plenty of light and fresh air, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge and freezer, ceramic stove top, microwave/grill, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom offers a luxurious bath tub with rainfall shower overhead, magnifying mirror, hand basin, WC and hair dryer. The bathroom also features a washer/dryer.
The apartment offers a washer/dryer, DVD library, complimentary WiFi and international calls and an iron and ironing board.

- Payment procedure:
- Your initial booking deposit is split into two transactions, the first taken by Loving Apartments. Both payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The apartment manager requires the second part of the booking deposit, equivalent to 30% of the balance, to be paid by PayPal at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival again payable by Paypal. Paypal payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your card details
as security against any damages incurred during your stay.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For bookings up to 7 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 50.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 8-15 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 15-30 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 450.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 30 nights or more:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 400.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 600.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
