This apartment is situated in the wonderfully vibrant neighbourhood of Montmartre, a unique area of Paris renowned for it famous residents over the years, including the artists Van Gogh, Picasso, Toulouse Lautrec and Monet.
The accommodation is split over two levels, on the upper level is the open plan living area, with lots of natural light and fully stocked bookshelves, it is the ideal place for relaxing, reading or painting. There is a comfortable sofa, TV/DVD and internet access.
The kitchen is open plan to the living area, it is fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cutlery and crockery are provided.
The bedrooms are on the lower level, the first bedroom is bright and spacious, with a double bed and bedside table with lamp. There is also a lovely en suite bathroom with a walk in shower, two hand basins and a wonderful bath with amazing views over the whole of Paris. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed.
The apartment has a fabulous terrace with stunning views, furnished with a table and three chairs, perfect for enjoying a cocktail or two!

Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For this apartment a cash security deposit of Euros 300 is requested at check-in. This will be returned at the end of your stay subject to charges for damages or breakages.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
