This gorgeous small triplex is located right in the heart of the buzzing St Germain des Pres area of the Rive Gauche. Notre Dam and the river are just a short stroll away, through the charming streets of the Latin Quarter, packed with wonderful cafes, restaurants and boutiques. This is a lively and fashionable area right in the heart of the city.
The apartment is split over three levels. Inside you will find a living room combined with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and toilet on the first floor and a second bedroom and bathroom on the second floor.
On the ground floor you have the open living and dining room. It offers you a charming atmosphere having a sofa, a large mirror, side tables both having reading lamps, a flat screen T.V and an I Pod station. In the same area there is a dining table which comfortably seats two guests.
The kitchen is bright and well equipped. There is a lovely chandelier which over hangs the kitchen offering extra lighting. It has an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. Kitchen utensils are are supplied for the duration of your stay.
Next to the kitchen there are wooden stairs leading up to the first and second floors where you will find the bedrooms and the bathroom. Both bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobes, a small T.V, and bedside tables with reading lights.
There is a W.C located on the first floor.

Also provided is a radio alarm clock, a washing machine, a dryer and complimentary Wi FI internet access. House keeping is done everyday.

- Cancellations.
For cancellations received more than 30 days before the arrival date no further cancellation charge will be applied.
- For cancellations received between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date a further cancellation charge of 10% of the total booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date a further cancellation charge of 20% of the total booking price will be charged.
- For cancellations received 7 days or less before the arrival date, or for no-shows, a further cancellation charge of 30% of the total booking price will be charged.
- Check-in/out.
- Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is by 12.00 noon. Every effort will be made to be flexible with these times.
