Surrounded by narrow streets of ancient Paris you will find many trendy bars, cafes and restaurants to give you a true Parisian experience. Close by you will be able to explore the Notre Dame Cathedral, the famous Louvre Museum and the two quaint little islands IIle Saint Louis and Ile de la Cite.
Using the metro you will be able to explore all the main attractions within the city including the must see Eiffel Tower.
This modern, charming apartment is finished to an excellent standard offering you all the comfort you need for your stay. It comprises of two bedrooms, a living area, a combined kitchen and dining room and a bathroom.
The living area has a large sofa making a double sofa bed, two small tables with reading lights, a small coffee table, two arm chairs, a cable T.V, a DVD player, an I pod station and two large window doors which open to allow plenty of light and air.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. It has a dishwasher, an oven, ceramic hotplates, a microwave, a fridge, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a kettle and plenty of kitchen utensils.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bedside tables, over the head reading lights, a wardrobe and a chair. This room also opens out onto the living room through large folding doors.
The second bedroom also has a double bed with a standing light.
The bathroom has been finished to a high standard having a large Italian shower, a heated towel rail, a handbasin with mirror and a W.C.
This apartment includes an iron, an ironing board and complimentary high speed internet access.
A baby cot is available upon request.
This apartment is very close to the Sevigne apartment which is listed on our website making them ideal for group bookings.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- IMPORTANT
- Please note that the minimum number of nights can vary, depending on the number of nights prior to arrival that the booking is made.
- As soon as your booking has been confirmed you are required to pay a further deposit of 25% of the total cost to the apartment owner via credit card. This must be paid within 3 days of the booking being confirmed. Your welcome team in Paris will contact you shortly in order to arrange payment and provide the rental agreement which you are required to complete and send back to the welcome team.
- The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival either by credit card or in cash in Euros
- Upon arrival you will be asked for a pre-authorisation security deposit of 500 EUR by a credit card. This will be released after departure if no damage is caused.
- Cancellation policy:
- The booking deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your start date a charge of further 25% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your start date a charge of further 50% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before your start date your full rental charge, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
