This compact apartment is situated in an exclusive area of Paris on the right bank. It is a modern Parisian building on Rue de Passy which is next door to Gallery Passy Plaza that houses many boutiques, a famous enclosed food and fish market and is surrounded by beautiful art deco buildings. The Trocadero, maritime museums and a vantage point that looks over the River Seine onto the Eiffel Tower are nearby.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. It is located on the fifth floor with a lift.
The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee table and TV with DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster and all the cutlery, crockery and glassware that you will require during your stay.
There is a dining table and chairs in both the kitchen and on the balcony.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath tub, bidet and hand basin. There is a separate WC.
An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, bed linen. towels, alarm clock and stereo are provided.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations. For bookings for stays of less than 3 weeks: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival a further cancellation charge of 20 euros will be applied.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 20% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 50% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less than 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- For bookings for more than 3 weeks in duration:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 40% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 60% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less then 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- A reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro administration fee.
- Late arrival will be subject to a late check-in fee depending on the hour you arrive:
From 19:00 to 21:59 = 10 Euro, from 22:00 to 23:59 = 30 Euro, from 00:00 to 00:59 = 40 Euro and Arrivals after 1:00 = 50 Euro.
Please note that check-ins after 1 are possible only by prior arrangement.
- Refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival (small apartments 200 EUR/ larger apartments 300 EUR). Refund: after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
- Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 EURO per person.
