This elegant apartment is tucked away in a private residential park, only accessed by a secure gate. To reach the apartment you walk through the private hedge lined park, take the lift to the third floor and enter this magnificent Parisian gem.
The floors are beautiful wooden parquet, the windows are floor to ceiling leading out onto Juliet balconies with delightful views. There is a living room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The large living room features a wall of windows looking past wrought iron railings onto quiet green. There are comfortable sofas, a TV with DVD player, a coffee table and a dining table and chairs. The entry foyer doubles as a library, brimming with books.
The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a toaster, kettle and crockery, cutlery and utensils. There is also a kitchen table and chairs.
The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows and has a double bed, bedside table and lamps and a chest of drawers.
The second bedroom is equally light and bright and has a double fold down wall bed, a desk and chair, plus plenty of storage space.
The first bathroom has a bath with a WC and hand basin. The shower in the second bathroom is a vast walk in space with massage shower jets. There are also double sinks and large mirrors.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
