This area is known as St. Germaine des Pres and is famous for its elegant twisting streets and its stylish fashion shops, antique stores, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants, pubs and cinemas.
The apartment has two full bedrooms and a sleeping mezzanine, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quintessential Parisian building. The apartment provided wireless internet access.
The apartment has a feeling of space as a result of its high ceilings and open rooms. The living space is divided into two separate areas. The comfortable lounge area has a large couch facing a built-in unit that houses a multimedia system. The living room leads to the dining area, whose glass top dining table is perfect for a party of six.
The dining area is situated right in front of the open kitchen, which is fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher, an oven and hob, a microwave, fridge, toaster and a coffee machine.
A steep staircase at the end of the dining area leads up to an open mezzanine, which overlooks the living space and hosts a double bed. This area has been designed to maximize space, and is fitted with built-in closets. The bed is a regular double bed. Please note this is not suitable for young children or those not comfortable with heights.
The two full bedrooms offer double beds, and each has a built-in closet with sliding doors. The apartment's bathroom is modern, with a large stall shower

- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For this apartment a cash security deposit of Euros 300 is requested at check-in. This will be returned at the end of your stay subject to charges for damages or breakages.
