This brightly decorated studio is located in the 19th Arrondisement of Paris situated on the the right bank of the River Seine. It is crossed by two canals, the Canal Saint-Denis and the Canal de l'Ourcq, which meet near the Parc de la Villette. The apartment is close to the Villette park and to Cite des Sciences et de I'Industrie, the biggest European Science Museum. A centre promoting science and science culture and attracting over five million visitors a year.
Although this apartment is not right in the centre of this fabulous city you are in close proximity to public transport making sure you get to see all of what Paris has to offer.
Located in a quiet street, the studio has an open plan design having a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, a sleeping area and a dining area all in the same space. There is one bathroom within the apartment.
The living room is modern, has been brightly decorated and finished in a retro style. There is a sofa which turns into a double bed, two arm chairs, a coffee table, a Mac Computer with complimentary Wi Fi internet access, a flat screen T.V, a DVD player and a stereo system. In the same area there is also a double bed sleeping another two guests.
In between the living area and the kitchen there is a dining table comfortably seating four guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a micro wave, a fridge, a freezer, electric hot plates and a a toaster. Kitchen utensils are also supplied for the duration of your stay.
The bathroom has been finished to a very high standard having a jacuzzi - hammam bath with shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer, a large mirror and a W.C.
There are two wardrobes within the studio giving you room to store your belongings.
Available in the studio is an iron and ironing board. There is a laundrette located in the same street as the studio. Local charges apply.
Please note smoking is permitted within the studio.
Parking is not available at the studio but is only a short distance away of 30 metres.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A refundable damage deposit of EUR 250 is payable on arrival by credit card. This is refunded after departure assuming no damages.
- Cancellations that are made up to 10 days prior to the date of arrival will result in a 30% of the total booking cost cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 10 day prior to arrival will be charged the total booking value.
