With the Gare Montparnasse railway terminus close by, this apartment is a great base for exploring this amazing city. The Boulevard Montparnasse nearby, is home to many of the city's most famous cabarets and evening shows.
The apartment is within walking distance of the Luxembourg Gardens, Boulevard St. Germaine, Boulevard St. Michel and the timeless Latin Quarter. Take a walk down rue Mouffetard to Place Contrescarpe, another of Hemingway's favourite haunts. Nearby you'll find the famous Pantheon where the most famous French personalities of history are laid to rest.
The apartment is on the 16th floor enjoying a commanding view of the city. On the first floor of the apartment is main room, full of light with a modern, functional and comfortable décor. The ample windows that look out on the terrace and over Paris. There are comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen television plus DVD and CD player. There is a lovely glass dining table with comfortable seating for six. Off the living room is you own private, beautiful terrace.
The kitchen is a bright and fresh room. It is equipped with a full-sized fridge, oven and range, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine and all the utensils you will need.
On the upper floor are the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each of the three bedrooms offers sleeping space for two.
The bathrooms come equipped with a shower stall, a full-sized bathtub and W.C.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For this apartment a cash security deposit of Euros 300 is requested at check-in. This will be returned at the end of your stay subject to charges for damages or breakages.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.

If there is one little thing I could suggest for people who forget to ask how the washing machine works in a foreign country (I guess we were too excited about the views and the rest of the apartment in Paris) maybe a basic English instruction left on machine? We have used Loving apartments in Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona and Rome and every one of those apartments was everything it promised in the description and more. The greeters were very helpfull with local knowledge and add a very personal touch to the arrival and departure times.
