The apartment building has a private indoor garden, and offers you 67 apartments over 8 floors, including 62 studios for 2 people (of which 22 are connected) and 5 one-bedroom apartments for 4 people.
The apartment is cleaned and linen and towels are changed once a week free of charge. Additional house-cleaning service is available on request and is charged according to your requirements. There is a launderette in the building for guest's us. Four apartments are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Also available is a baby sitting service, a baby cot and high chair, safe deposit boxes, dry cleaning service, a breakfast room and a 24 hour reception (some services are charged extra). Pets are allowed for a charge.
This lovely studio apartment has a living /sleeping area, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The living area has a double sofa bed and a flat screen TV with satellite or cable channels. There is a small dining table and chairs. High Speed internet access is available.
The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, a fridge, a microwave oven, a kettle or coffee maker, a toaster and plenty of utensils and crockery.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over, a hand basin and a separate W.C. A hair dryer and toiletries are provided.
Also in the apartment is an alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please be aware that prices quoted are exclusive of Paris City Tax which will be charged at EUR 1.00 per person per night, payable on arrival.
- Payment: At the time of booking you must submit your credit card details. These are held securely until your arrival. On arrival the full cost of your stay will be charged from that card.
- For longer term stays you may be asked to pay an initital deposit by credit card. The remaining balance will then be due on arrival.
- Cancellations.
Cancellations received before 3:00 p.m. on the day before the start date of the booking will not be subject to further cancellation fees. Any cancellation received after that time will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
- One night (plus taxes) for stays of less than seven nights;
- Two nights (plus taxes) for stays of between seven and twenty-nine nights; and
- Three nights (plus taxes) for stays of thirty nights or more.
