The apartment is located in the 3rd district just a short walk from the heart of the Marais. The Marais is one of the oldest and most historic areas in Paris. It retains its pre-nineteenth century splendour and old world charm. The area is now one of Paris' most fashionable neighbourhoods, with many galleries, restaurants, boutiques, museums and cultural centers.
Nearby are the Pompidou/Beaubourg Museum, the Picasso Museum, the Louvre Museum and the magnificent Place des Vosges
The living area of the apartment is equipped with two comfortable sofas, providing plenty of seating for you and guests. There is a TV with multi channels, a stereo system, a phone and a fax and WiFi internet access provided. There are also plenty of books for you to read.
The open floor plan gives a large feel to the apartment. The adjoining dining area has a large table and chairs. Also in the dining area is a double bed.
The open plan kitchen is located next to the living area making it a very sociable space. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven and hob and a coffee machine.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bath tub and W.C, the other with a shower stall.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
