Midi #2, Modern Comfort in a Great Location.

This open bright apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. Between the Luxembourg Garden and the famous and trendy store Le Bon Marche, this location is a neighbourhood rich in culture, surrounded with lots of traditional restaurants and cafes.

You are within easy walking distance of the famous Boulevard Saint Germain, The Left Banks most famous thoroughfare and home to a number of famous cafes, residences, boutiques and bookshops. The famous River Seine is just moments away.

Hopping on the local transport which will take you across the city you are only minutes away from the famous landmark the Eiffel Tower.

There are two other apartments in this building that can be rented together. The Midi #1 and Midi #4 are one flight below this apartment. All three apartments combined could sleep up to 12 people.

This one bedroom apartment makes you feel straight at home upon entering thanks to its oak wooden features through out it offers you a warming atmosphere. You will find many features that will remind you, you are in Paris such as hand painted paintings, wood panelling and elegant chairs and mirrors. Within the apartment there is a combined living/sleeping area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom.

The open plan living/dining room has a trundle bed offering space for two guests, It can also act as a sofa when not being used as a bed, large panel windows allowing plenty of light to come through, a work desk area with a chair, a coffee table, a reading light and two separate chairs.

In the same room there is a dining table comfortably seating up to four guests.

In the kitchen you will find an oven, a ceramic stove, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker and kitchen utensils.

In the same area you will find a dining table which comfortably seats two guests.

In the master bedroom has been brightly decorated and has panel windows offering plenty of light. There is a Queen size bed, a fireplace, an arm chair, a separate chair, a tall standing light and a small mirror.

There are two entrances to the bathroom one being from the master bedroom. It has a bath with shower and a hand basin with a mirror.

Within the apartment there is a separate toilet.

A baby cot is available upon request a charge of 45 USD will apply for the duration of your stay.

Within the apartment you will find a telephone, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, an iron, an ironing board, air conditioning and high speed broadband with Wi Fi and internet cable connection.

Additional Booking Conditions:
  • The balance payment will be collected in US dollars, using the most current exchange rate to convert from Euros.
  • The deposit for this booking is split into 2 transactions, one for Loving Apartments Limited, and the second for the accommodation manager. Both deposits are non-refundable. The payment to the accommodation manager is taken automatically from the credit card and charged in USD, using the most current exchange rate to convert from Euros.
  • The apartment manager takes 50% of the remaining balance at the time of booking as deposit.
  • For reservations of three weeks or more a deposit of 25% will be charged by your apartment manager.
  • The outstanding balance will then be requested automatically by credit card by the apartment manager 8 weeks prior to arrival.
  • If a booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date the full balance will be charged by the apartment manager at the time of booking.
  • Three night stays are available upon request if booking within one month prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • Cancellation notification received at least eight weeks prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 8% of the remaining balance or a minimum charge of 80 USD.
  • Cancellation notification received less than eight weeks prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the initial booking deposit.
  • The apartment manager reserves the right to charge the guests credit card a reasonable amount in compensation for any damages/losses caused.
  • If checking in on the following French public holidays a one off fee of 50 EUR will apply: 1st May, 14th July, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
