This classic one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. It is on the North side of the famous Boulevard Saint Germain, The Left Banks most famous thoroughfare and home to a number of famous cafes, restaurants, jazz clubs, residences, boutiques and bookshops. The River Seine is less then a five minute walk away bringing you to Ile De La Cite Island where you can cross the famous Pont Neuf Bridge and explore the Notre-Dame.
Cross the Pont Neuf and you are only minutes away from the Lourve. You are in a perfect location to explore the many activities going on around you.
Being designed by an interior designer you will find solid oak and walnut furniture through out the apartment. Classical features appear in every room. There is an open living/dining/sleeping room, a small bright kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The living has a sofa making a comfortable double sofa bed, two arm chairs, a reading light, a mirror, a flat screen T.V with cable channels, a dining table comfortably seating four guests and large windows allowing in plenty of light.
In the small kitchen there is a a compact oven, a ceramic stove, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. Kitchen utensils are provided for the duration of your stay.
The master bedroom is separated from the living area by oak framed glass paned doors. It has two single beds which can be moved together to make a queen size bed, two bedside tables both having reading lamps,
The bathroom is brightly finished having a walk in shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
A baby cot is available upon request a charge of 45 USD will apply for the duration of your stay.
Within the apartment thee is an iron, an ironing board, a telephone, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer, air conditioning and complimentary broadband internet access.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- The balance payment will be collected in US dollars, using the most current exchange rate to convert from Euros.
- The deposit for this booking is split into 2 transactions, one for Loving Apartments Limited, and the second for the accommodation manager. Both deposits are non-refundable. The payment to the accommodation manager is taken automatically from the credit card and charged in USD, using the most current exchange rate to convert from Euros.
- The apartment manager takes 50% of the remaining balance at the time of booking as deposit.
- For reservations of three weeks or more a deposit of 25% will be charged by your apartment manager.
- The outstanding balance will then be requested automatically by credit card by the apartment manager 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- If a booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date the full balance will be charged by the apartment manager at the time of booking.
- Three night stays are available upon request if booking within one month prior to arrival.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation notification received at least eight weeks prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 8% of the remaining balance or a minimum charge of 80 USD.
- Cancellation notification received less than eight weeks prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the initial booking deposit.
- The apartment manager reserves the right to charge the guests credit card a reasonable amount in compensation for any damages/losses caused.
- If checking in on the following French public holidays a one off fee of 50 EUR will apply:
1st May, 14th July, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

The check-in process was very efficient and our greeter went through the functions of all the electrical appliances thoroughly, showing us how they worked. The heaters - he forgot to show us how to work those, so the apartment was colder than we liked during the day, but........it was supposed to be spring!
