Less than five minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees you will find that in this apartment building, everything has been finished to the highest standard offering you great comfort. Situated near one of the most famous and beautiful avenues of Paris you are located in prime position to explore the city and its main attractions. The pavements are wide having many cafes, cinemas, fine restaurants and upmarket shops. With its clipped horse-chestnut trees makes this area magical by day and night.
Paris's most famous monument The Eiffel Tower is only a ten minute walk away as is the Champs de Mars. Across the River Seine is Saint-Germain-Des-Pres, known for many artists and their galleries, museums and theatres.
You will feel straight at home when entering this five bedroom duplex. Within the duplex you will find an open plan living/dining/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a separate toilet and its own terrace and balcony on the upper floor.
The open plan living/dining/sleeping area located on the ground floor, is warming and offers a sofa, two arm chairs, a flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player with blue ray, a CD and MP3 player. You also have a spacious dining table comfortably seating six guests. From the living room you are lead out onto your own private terrace having a small table with chairs.
On the lower floor you also have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the fully equipped kitchen.
The first bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps. Opposite is a bathroom having a shower with a W.C.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps. It also has its own en suite having a bath with shower and a handbasin with mirror.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a squeezer and an espresso machine. Also you will have plenty of dishes, crockery and kitchen utensils for the duration of your stay. With in the kitchen there is a breakfast bar perfect for the early mornings.
Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack with in the kitchen including one bottle of champagne, mineral water, fruit juice, tea, coffee and sugar.
Climbing the stairs you reach three more bedrooms, two more bathrooms and an office area.
Two single beds occupy two of the bedrooms. The fourth room leads out onto the upper balcony which is shared with the fifth bedroom.
The fifth bedroom is very spacious having a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps, a work desk area with chair, and wardrobes. It also has an entrance out onto the balcony and its own en suite having a bath with shower and a W.C.
The second bathroom is positioned in the middle of the top floor having a bath with shower, a W.C, and a handbasin with mirror.
The office area offers you plenty of room to have some quiet time and sit and get all the important things completed!
Complimentary wireless internet access is included as well as cleaning six days a week (excluding Sundays), towels changed daily, a baby cot, an iron and ironing board, parking your car, luggage service, and reservations for theatre, restaurants and excursions.
Services available at a local surcharge include private indoor parking (limited space), continental breakfast served in your apartment, airport transfers, extra cleaning, secretarial service, car or limousine rental with driver, catering, babysitting, pressing and laundry service, massage, hairdressing and body treatments.

Additional Booking Conditions:
- The remainder of the balance is paid upon check out.
- The remainder of the balance can be paid by cash but to a maximum of 3000 EUR.
- A credit card must be shown upon arrival where a copy will be taken. This will act as a security deposit. Nothing will be taken off the credit card unless any damages occur or loss of belongings.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any further cancellation charges.
- Any cancellations made between 1-7 days before arrival, the cost of two nights rental will be charged.
- In case of a no show the total booking cost will be charged.
- If you wish to depart earlier than the scheduled date, the remainder of the length of stay will be charged at the standard daily rate.
