Within the apartment you will find an open plan living/dining/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
The open plan living/dining/sleeping area is warming and offers two sofas, two arm chairs, a coffee table, a work desk area with a chair and lamp, a flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player with blue ray, a CD and MP3 player. You also have a spacious dining table comfortably seating eight guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a squeezer and an espresso machine. Also you will have plenty of dishes, crockery and kitchen utensils for the duration of your stay. With in the kitchen there is a breakfast table perfect for the early mornings.
Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack with in the kitchen including one bottle of champagne, mineral water, fruit juice, tea, coffee and sugar.
The first bedroom is designed with comfort having a double bed with bed side tables, reading lamps and wardrobes.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a reading light.
The third bedroom has two single beds with a bedside table in the middle having a lamp and radio alarm clock.
The first bathroom has a bath and shower, bath robes and a W.C.
The second bathroom has a bath, a handbasin and mirror and a hair dryer.
There is a separate toilet with in the apartment.

- The remainder of the balance is paid upon check out.
- The remainder of the balance can be paid by cash but to a maximum of 3000 EUR.
- A credit card must be shown upon arrival where a copy will be taken. This will act as a security deposit. Nothing will be taken off the credit card unless any damages occur or loss of belongings.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any further cancellation charges.
- Any cancellations made between 1-7 days before arrival, the cost of two nights rental will be charged.
- In case of a no show the total booking cost will be charged.
- If you wish to depart earlier than the scheduled date, the remainder of the length of stay will be charged at the standard daily rate.
