Within the apartment you will find an open plan living/dining/sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, one bathroom, a separate toilet and a covered balcony.
The open plan living/dining/sleeping area is warming and offers a sofa making a double sofa bed, two arm chairs, a coffee table, a work desk area with a chair and lamp, a flat screen satellite TV, a DVD player with blue ray, a CD and MP3 player. You also have a spacious dining table comfortably seating six guests.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine and dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a squeezer and an espresso machine. Also you will have plenty of dishes, crockery and kitchen utensils for the duration of your stay. With in the kitchen there is a breakfast bar perfect for the early mornings.
Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack with in the kitchen including one bottle of champagne, mineral water, fruit juice, tea, coffee and sugar.
The bedroom is designed with comfort having a queen size bed with bed side tables, reading lamps and wardrobes.
The bathroom has a shower, a handbasin with mirror, a hair dryer, bath robes and a W.C.
There is a separate toilet with in the apartment.
This apartment sleeps a maximum of three adults or two adults and two children.
Complimentary wireless internet access is included as well as cleaning six days a week (excluding Sundays), towels changed daily, a baby cot, an extra bed (for one child up to the age of 12) an iron and ironing board, parking your car, luggage service, and reservations for theatre, restaurants and excursions.
One extra bed is available for a child over the age of 12 or an adult at a charge of 55 EUR.

- The remainder of the balance is paid upon check out.
- The remainder of the balance can be paid by cash but to a maximum of 3000 EUR.
- A credit card must be shown upon arrival where a copy will be taken. This will act as a security deposit. Nothing will be taken off the credit card unless any damages occur or loss of belongings.
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any further cancellation charges.
- Any cancellations made between 1-7 days before arrival, the cost of two nights rental will be charged.
- In case of a no show the total booking cost will be charged.
- If you wish to depart earlier than the scheduled date, the remainder of the length of stay will be charged at the standard daily rate.
