This apartment is located in the beautiful Marais district, famous for its unique heritage. Not just a museum district, this charming area of central Paris is also home to excellent boutiques, trendy cafes and chic restaurants.
This old Jewish neighbourhood still proudly bears its past, but in recent decades the gay community has also made its mark. The Marais is lovely, full of old Paris charm, animated and lively.
This typically French apartment is on the first floor with a lift. It consists of a living room, an eat in kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.It benefits from tall windows with a view of the street below.
The living room has a sofa bed, coffee table, a TV and a dining table and four chairs.
The kitchen has a stove, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker and plenty of utensils.
The bedroom has a King sized bed, closet space, and a reading lamp.
The bathroom has a bath shower, hand basin and W.C. There is also a washing machine.
Also provided within the apartment is an iron and ironing board.
Telephone is included in short rental price (less than one month). For longer stays, you will pay this in cash to the owner upon departure. Please note that telephones are restricted to local use.
For stays of one month or more electricity and gas are not included. A reading of both meters is taken from the time of arrival and at the time of departure and paid by you upon departure. The owner or his/her agent will do this when you arrive at the apartment. You will pay only for the kilowatt hours consumed during your stay + 19.6% VAT (French sales tax).
In addition the apartment manager can offer a laundry service and a shuttle service (extra charges).

- ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THE APARTMENT MANAGER REQUIRES A FURTHER DEPOSIT OF 30% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL.
- For this payment a 4% credit card surcharge will be applied.
- The remaining balance after the deposit payments is payable on arrival in cash in Euros.

- Security Deposit:
- For rentals up to 30 days: the security deposit is equal to 50% of the rental fee.
- Between 1 month rental and 6 months rental: the security deposit is equal to 1 month's rental fee.
- More than 6 months rental: the security deposit is equal to 2 months rental fee.
- The security deposit may be paid in British Pounds, American Dollars or Australian Dollars as well as Euros.
- This is returned to you at the end of your stay, provided that there are no damages and the apartment is left in good condition.
- Check in is between 1pm and 10pm. Check out is by 10 am.
- Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel at any time all advance payments will not be refunded.
