This one bedroom apartment is located on the beautiful quaint Island of Ile Saint Louis offering you great comfort in an excellent location being situated right on the River Seine. On your doorstep is the Saint Louis en Ile and the Hotel de Lauzun as well as markets, cafes and local bakeries.
Crossing the Pont Louis Bridge you find your way to Ile De La Cite which is home to many historical buildings, the famous Notre Dame Cathedral, the Conciergerie, the Palais de Justice and the Paris Memorial - De la Deportation.
Working your way round both Islands you will find many Museums, Art Galleries, Squares. Ile De La Cite also hosts the oldest bridge in Paris; the Pont Neuf crossing the River Seine taking you over to the popular area of Saint Germain des Pres.
This cosy apartment comprises of a living room, a combined kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has two sofas which form two single beds, a coffee table which has two small stools, a fireplace, a mirror, reading lights, two small chairs and large windows allowing in plenty of light.
The kitchen is warm and has been finished to a modern design having a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, ceramic hotplates, a dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
In the same area is a small dining table which comfortably seats two guests.
Making your way to the bedroom there is a queen size bed, reading lights, a chair and its own entrance to the bathroom.
The classic bathroom has a bath with shower, a handbasin and a W.C.
Within the apartment you will find an iron, an ironing board, a hair dryer, fans and complimentary Wi Fi internet access.A baby cot is available upon request at a local charge of 60 EUR for the duration of the stay.
A private transfer or a shuttle service is available upon request to collect you and take you to your apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A pre authorisation of 500 EUR is required as a security deposit for this apartment.
- ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THE APARTMENT MANAGER REQUIRES A FURTHER DEPOSIT OF 30% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL.
- For this payment a 4% credit card surcharge will be applied.
- The remaining balance after the deposit payments is payable on arrival in cash in Euros.
- If you are booking within one month of arrival the total booking cost must be paid for at time of booking.
- Any cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged the additional 50% booking deposit.
- Any cancellations made less then 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- Any no shows or arrivals at the apartment requesting to cancel will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- A pre authorisation security deposit is required upon arrival. A copy of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will be taken and held in the event of any damage. If you wish to pay this by another form of payment this must be arranged prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable provided that no damage is caused or anything is missing from the apartment. If the deposit is insufficient to the damage caused the guest is liable to pay the full cost of the damages.
- If you wish to check in on Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day an additional fee of 50 EUR will apply.
