You are right between two metro stations (Oberkampf and Parmentier) which allow you easy access to the whole city of Paris.
This spacious fully equipped property is arranged across three floors, and has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms and two toilets, accommodating up to 10 people comfortably. Perfect accommodation in Paris for a family stay, or a trip with friends.
The cool living room has sofas, a grand piano, a TV with home cinema system, an Ipod compatible sound system, and a fireplace. This is a large space with high ceilings and large windows letting in plenty of light.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, espresso machine, coffee machine. fridge, freezer and dishwasher. It has a large kitchen table.
The four bedrooms have a double bed in each. There are also four single beds.
The bathrooms have a bath and shower and there are two toilets.

- If you cancel at any time the initial booking deposit is non refundable.
- Thereafter you must cancel more than 30 days before arrival to avoid further charges.
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
- Balance payment is possible by credit card with a 2% processing fee.
- On arrival the apartment manager will take a damage deposit as a credit card imprint (it does not work with an American Express, so please provide any other credit card). Please make sure your card will be valid for the pre-authorization since the keys will not be given without this. Cheques and cash are not accepted for the deposit.
