From this central location, you will be walking distance to the major Parisian attractions. The wonderful open air market of the Bastille is located just steps away from your apartment on Blvd Richard Lenoir every Thursday and Sunday.
Today, the streets of this area offer countless dining and entertainment options for people of all ages. You can spend your days enjoying history and art, and your nights strolling and eating. This area contains many authentic, yet affordable, French bistros and local bars and disco's. With the Bastille Metro Station close at hand, even the sites that are further than you can comfortably walk, will be an easy metro ride away.
This sunny one bedroom apartment is located in the heart of the thriving Bastille area, but it is tucked away in a small courtyard providing you privacy and quiet.
The living/dining area has a double sofa bed, coffee table, flat screen television, DVD player and dining table with chairs.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The kitchen which is open plan to the living area comes fully equipped with a microwave/grill, ceramic stove top, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster, as well as all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, hand basin and WC.
The apartment provides and iron/ironing board, complimentary WiFi connection and free international telephone calls.

- Payment procedure:
- Your initial booking deposit is split into two transactions, the first taken by Loving Apartments. Both payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The apartment manager requires the second part of the booking deposit, equivalent to 30% of the balance, to be paid by PayPal at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival again payable by Paypal. Paypal payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your card details
as security against any damages incurred during your stay.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For bookings up to 7 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 50.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 8-15 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 15-30 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 450.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 30 nights or more:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 400.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 600.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
