The Le Flaneur duplex is located on the upper floor of the building being split into two levels. On its lower floor you will find a large lounge, a dining room, a double bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Climbing the staircase you will find the second bedroom, another bathroom and a desk work space area.
The lower floor gives you a large living room allowing plenty of space to relax. It has having a large sofa, two arm chairs, a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player. This suite has a large dining table with dining chairs making it perfect to sit and enjoy your evening meal.
The fully fitted kitchen is also located on the lower floor which has vitro-ceramic hotplates, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.
The first bedroom is furnished in a modern style with a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a clock radio, a work space area with computer.
A contemporary designed bathroom is located on the lower floor having a bath with shower and handbasin. Separate toilets is also on this level.
