This apartment is located within the district of Le Marais, a fashionable neighbourhood. Le Marais is a small triangle of land of about 2 kms on each side going from Place de la République to Place de la Bastille and to Place de lHôtel de Ville. Its not very big at all, but within this small area youll find 170 fabulous historical palaces and mansions, two islands on the River Seine, the exquisite Paris City Hall, Carnavalet Palace and Notre Dame. It is an incredible concentration of art, beauty and architectural wonders.
This lovely apartment is in a 16th Century building on the Rue du Temple in the heart of the Marais district. The centrepiece of the apartment is a private terrace which allows you to enjoy the fresh air and dine outside on a warm evening or a pleasant morning.
The apartment offers two main rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, modern bath with shower, and terrace.
The living/dining area offers Murphy double bed, large L shaped sofa (which sleeps one person, although it is not a proper sofa bed), TV, DVD player, CD player and WiFi internet access.
The well equipped kitchen includes a full size fridge and freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceramic stove top, microwave/grill, oven, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle.
The bright master bedroom has a queen bed and the living room contains a Murphy bed which opens downward for two more guests. The two main rooms can be separated for privacy, or the sliding doors between them can be opened to create one large space.
The bedroom has a large window providing plenty of light and fresh air and view on another small terrace.
The sleek bathroom has a rainfall shower head, a magnifying mirror, hair dryer, and modern vanity.

- Payment procedure:
- Your initial booking deposit is split into two transactions, the first taken by Loving Apartments, the second by your apartment management company. Both payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The apartment manager requires the second part of the booking deposit, equivalent to 30% of the balance, to be paid by PayPal within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival again payable by Paypal. Paypal payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your card details
as security against any damages incurred during your stay.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For bookings up to 7 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 50.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 8-15 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 15-30 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 450.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 30 nights or more:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 400.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 600.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
