The lower floor gives you a large living room allowing plenty of space to relax. It has a large lounge area of 30m sq with two arm chairs, a coffee table, a TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a CD player. This suite has a dining table with four dining chairs making it perfect to sit and enjoy your evening meal.
The first bedroom, located on the lower floor is very spacious and is furnished with a double bed, two bedside tables and lamps, a clock radio, a work space area with a computer and two chairs. It has large wardrobes giving you plenty of space to store and hang your belongings.
The fully fitted kitchen is located on the lower floor having vitro-ceramic hotplates, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and kitchen utensils.
Climbing the staircase you will come to the second bedroom which has a double bed, two bed side tables and lamps, a desk with chair and light.
Located on this floor is also an open space with the twin beds.
In between the bedroom and the open space twin area you will find the second bathroom with a bath with shower, handbasin and a W.C.
An iron and ironing board, a safe, portable air conditioners and a welcome pack is all included within this duplex.
A non-smoking apartment is available on request.
