Rue Montorgueil is a trendy market street lined with famous restaurants, quaint cafes, bakeries, fresh seafood, cheese, wine, produce, flowers and more. At the end of Rue Montorgueil is Saint-Eustache Church, The Centre Georges Pompidou and Les Halles.
La Charme Du Marais is an elegantly furnished 1 bedroom apartment which combines classical French architectural highlights with modern colors and design.
The living/dining area has a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table with chairs, satellite television, WiFi connection, telephone and access to a balcony with table and chairs.
The artistically appointed master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and floor length bay window.
The kitchen which is open plan to the living area comes fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave oven, toaster, electric coffee-maker, toaster, electric kettle, stove top, dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the cutlery, utensils and tableware you will need for your stay.
The bathroom has a large shower, hand basin, WC and hairdryer.
The apartment also offers an iron and ironing board.

- Payment procedure:
- Your initial booking deposit is split into two transactions, the first taken by Loving Apartments. Both payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
- The apartment manager requires the second part of the booking deposit, equivalent to 30% of the balance, to be paid by PayPal at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival again payable by Paypal. Paypal payment details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- On arrival you will be asked to provide your card details
as security against any damages incurred during your stay.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your initial booking deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- For bookings up to 7 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 50.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 8-15 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 100.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 15-30 nights:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 150.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 300.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 450.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
- For bookings of 30 nights or more:
- Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of EUR 200.
- Cancellations received between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 400.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 15 prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee of EUR 600.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival or if you fail to show, will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the remaining balance.
