The building is on Boulevard Haussmann, a wide tree lined boulevard, famed for its two department stores Galeries Lafayette and Le Printemps. From the apartment you can walk to the Arch de Triomphe, the Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde and some of the best designer shops.

The second and third bedrooms are much the same as the master with warm décor and rich colours. The second bedroom is set with two single beds, which can be pushed together for more room. The third bedroom is equipped with a double bed.

- At the time of booking. as well as the initial booking deposit, the apartment manager requires a further 20% of the balance to be paid in advance via credit card.
- The remaining balance is then due 30 days prior to arrival by credit card.
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For this apartment a cash security deposit of Euros 300 is requested at check-in. This will be returned at the end of your stay subject to charges for damages or breakages.
