Grand Lepic, Classical, Spacious and Unique Parisian Duplex.
This modern Parisian Duplex is situated in a classical building dating back to 1892. This luxurious duplex is located in the north of Paris in the district of Montmartre, one of Paris's most beloved districts and host to many TV and cinema productions. Montmartre is primarily known for the white-domed Basilica of the Sacre Cœur on its summit. Locals and tourists are attracted to this area as it offers you many bistros, brasseries, bakeries, creperies and boutiques. Being situated right the heart of the Rue Lepic market you can sample the delicious food on offer there.
This grand duplex a mixture between contemporary and classical features, located on the second and third floors of the building comprises of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room and parlour, a library and a private laundry room. A balcony runs the length of the 2nd floor overlooking bustling rue Lepic.
On entering the duplex, in the entrance hall is where you will find the laundry room. Included is a washing machine and a separate dryer. There is also a wall mounted drying rack where you are able to air dry your clothes if you would prefer.
The main living area is an open plan design having the dining area, the living area and the parlour. The spacious dining table offers you plenty of room to enjoy the Parisian cuisine comfortably seating up to eight guests. Placed right by large panel windows allowing plenty of light to filter through.
The living area has a large modern corner sofa giving you enough space for you all to relax! There is also a cable TV, a Wii games system (some games provided), a DVD player and a work desk area with a chair.
The fully equipped kitchen is built with a modern design having a dishwasher, a large American style double door fridge, a gas burner and an electric grill, a full oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a T.V. You will be supplied with plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils for your stay. There is also a small dining table seating up to four guests.
The library is located on the upper level of the duplex. It has a sofa and a cable T.V. Within the the library you will find a work desk, a laptop Mac computer, a printer, a stereo, a sofa which pulls out to make a sofa bed (suitable for one adult or two children) and a selection of books and DVDs.
Three of the four bedrooms are facing a court yard giving you peace and quiet. The other bedroom is located street side.
The first bedroom is located on the main floor having a queen size bed, a large T.V and a walk in closet. Next door to the master bedroom there is a shower room having its own whirlpool shower and handbasin. A separate toilet is situated next to this shower room.
Across the other side of the duplex you will find another bathroom with a whirlpool bath tub and a shower stall. There is also a W.C and a heated towel rail.
The second bedroom is also located on the main floor, designed more for a child having a custom built "chateau-fort". Within this bedroom there is also a large convertible pouf which makes a single bed suitable for a child or an adult.
The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the duplex. The third bedroom has a queen size futon bed with a TV and wardrobe. The fourth bedroom has a double sized wrought-iron bed with a TV.
The third bathroom is located upstairs having a shower, a hand basin, a W.C and a heated towel rail.
This apartments maximum occupancy is eight adults OR eight adults and two children.
Included with in the duplex is complimentary Wi Fi internet access, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board.
If you are off on your honeymoon, a complimentary bottle of champagne and two champagne flutes for you keep are waiting for you upon arrival! Please notify us at the time of booking.
Every Tuesday guests are invited to a complimentary cheese and wine evening.
Stays for longer than 28 nights are available upon request.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, a further instalment of 50% is due immediately, payable by credit card to the apartment manager. We will use the card details submitted for this instalment.
- The outstanding balance is then payable 30 days prior to arrival by credit card or bank transfer. You will be contacted for you to advise your preferred payment method. If your booking is made within 30 days of the start date of the booking then the full balance will be charged at the time of booking.
- For this apartment the manager requires security/damage deposit via a pre authorization on your credit card to the amount of 1000 EUR. This will serve as a guarantee in the event that any damage should occur during your stay that is directly caused by you or any member of your party.
- Cancellations:
For cancellations received 60 days or more prior to arrival 40% of the second deposit payment will be refunded by the apartment manager.
- For cancellations received less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be made unless the apartment manager succeeds in filling the cancelled nights. In this case any newly booked nights will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, subject to a EUR 50 administration fee.
- Check-in is from 3 PM, however the apartment manager will try to accommodate you should you be arriving earlier so that you may at least drop off your bags and collect the keys.
- If you wish to check in later than 9pm or on a public holiday, a surcharge of 40 EUR is payable in cash, on arrival.
- Check-out is 10 am.
