Georges V, Stunning Parisian Home.

This beautiful apartment is located in a classified 1800s stone building close to the Champs Elysees, Arc de Triomphe and near the famous Georges V hotel. The Eiffel Tower is 15 minutes walk. Louvre Museum and the Invalides are at a 20 minutes walk.

This luxurious apartment has been decorated with the utmost care. It is filled with original antiques Louis XV and Louis XVI, French Savonnerie carpets, top of the line appliances, luxury linens and more.

The building is serviced by an elevator and the apartment is located on the second floor. It has two bedroom, a lving room, a kitchen, an office and two bathrooms.

As you enter the apartment you will see the entry mezzanine which looks into a small decorative garden. The living room is beautifully decorated with French designer silks, antique , crystal chandeliers, marble fireplace, and Louis XV and Louis XVI furniture throughout. Master works of art are decorating all walls. It has access to a large balcony that faces the street through large double glass doors.

The kitchen located down the hall includes a large bistro dining table for six, washer, dryer, La Cornu stove, Delonghi coffee machine, and all utensils to cook. Silverware and flatware are silver and porcelain respectively. Crystal glassware and beautiful table linen is available as well.

A welcome basket of fruits, fresh baked bread, butter, jam, cheese, ham, water, milk, coffee and other goodies will be in the kitchen at guest's disposal.

The office/reading room is 30 sqm and provides a wonderful silk sofa to read and an antique Louis XV desk where to write. A wonderful marble fireplace and two chairs covered with designer silks.

The master bedroom 's door to the balcony is made of quadruple glass so it isolates the bedroom completely from any street noise. It has a Louis XV queen size bed, a closet, two large Louis XV very comfortable chairs and a large Plasma TV. (with SKY English channels).

The en suite bathroom has a large Italian shower, a sink and a mirrored closet.

The second bedroom is located down the hall. It has a Louis XV queen size bed, a closet and Plasma TV with French and English channels.The window faces the courtyard of the building, which is also extremely quiet.

There is a second WC located in the hall. All bathrooms are equipped with beauty supplies, hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers.

There are movable air conditioning units in each bedroom for guests convenience.

There is wireless internet throughout the apartment and a safe deposit box in the master bedroom.

Daily housekeeping is included in the price from Monday to Saturday so the apartment is always impeccable.

The apartment is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• Check-in for this apartment takes place between 4pm and 8pm. If guests wish to arrive earlier than this the previous night must be booked.
• Balance Payment:
• After the initial booking deposit the remaining balance is due at the time of booking by bank transfer.
• Security Deposit: Also due at the time of booking is a security deposit of EUR 1000.00. Payable with the balance payment by bank transfer.
• Providing that no damages occur during the stay, the security deposit is reimbursed to the guest within seven (7) business days after guests departure via bank-to-bank wire transfer.
• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel the full amount is due and non refundable. We strongly advise you purchase adequate travel insurance.
• After booking your apartment manager will contact you for copies of your passport which is required.
