This is a fantastic apartment located in the centre of Paris, with the Champs Elysees, Place de la Concorde and the Museum of Modern Art all within walking distance. Access to the apartment is via a private lift which opens directly into the apartment.
The living area is bright and spacious with lots of natural light flooding in. There is a wonderful open fireplace, comfortable sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, large flat screen TV and a computer. From the living room you can access the amazing terrace, with a dining table and chairs for six and breathtaking views, the location is hard to beat. There is also a covered area with dining table and chairs so that you can enjoy the fabulous view whatever the weather.
The independent kitchen also has great views across the city, enhancing your cooking experience. it is fully equipped with an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of pots, pans, and utensils, making it easy to prepare dinner to enjoy whilst taking in those breath taking views.
There are two bright and spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is a third sleeping area on the covered terrace with a single bed.

- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- This apartment does not accept hen or stag groups or partying of any kind.
