This classic Parisian apartment building is placed in the heart of this beautiful city in the historic district of the Marais, offering you excellent location on the Right Bank of the River Seine opposite Ile Saint Louis. The Marais is home to many historical buildings, museums, art galleries, monuments and Squares including Place des Vosges. It also hosts the famous Opera National de Paris Bastille.
Down the narrow passageways you will find many smart boutiques, galleries, local restaurants, trendy bars, antique shops and theatres.
You are within very easy reach of the Pompidou Centre, many museums and of course the Louvre is a short walk away. Cross the River Seine and you can find the stunning little Islands of Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis with the famous Notre Dame Cathedral.
This warm, cosy apartment comprises of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room has plenty of character and provides a sofa, an arm chair, a coffee table, a fire place, a mirror, a T.V with cable/satellite channels, a CD player and large windows.
In the same area is a small dining table table comfortably seating four guests.
In the kitchen there is a stove, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, ceramic hotplates and kitchen utensils for the duration of your stay.
In the first bedroom there is a king size bed which can be separated to make two single beds, two bedside tables with reading lamps, a small desk, a mirror and large wardrobes to store your belongings.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a bedside table with reading lamp and a single wardrobe. Connected to this room is a small shower room with a hand basin.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower, a handbasin, a heated towel rail and a W.C.
There is a fold out single bed to accommodate the fifth guest.
Within the apartment you will find an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a dryer, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner and complimentary Wi Fi internet access.
A baby cot is available upon request at a local charge of 60 EUR for the duration of the stay.
A private transfer or a shuttle service is available upon request to collect you and take you to your apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A pre authorisation of 700 EUR is required as a security deposit for this apartment.
- ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THE APARTMENT MANAGER REQUIRES A FURTHER DEPOSIT OF 30% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL.
- For this payment a 4% credit card surcharge will be applied.
- The remaining balance after the deposit payments is payable on arrival in cash in Euros.
- If you are booking within one month of arrival the total booking cost must be paid for at time of booking.
- Any cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged the additional 50% booking deposit.
- Any cancellations made less then 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- Any no shows or arrivals at the apartment requesting to cancel will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- A pre authorisation security deposit is required upon arrival. A copy of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will be taken and held in the event of any damage. If you wish to pay this by another form of payment this must be arranged prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable provided that no damage is caused or anything is missing from the apartment. If the deposit is insufficient to the damage caused the guest is liable to pay the full cost of the damages.
- If you wish to check in on Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day an additional fee of 50 EUR will apply.
