You are within very easy reach of the Pompidou Centre, many museums and of course the Louvre is a short walk away. Cross the River Seine and you can find the stunning little Islands of Ile de la Cite and Ile Saint Louis with the famous Notre Dame Cathedral.
This classic, bright and stylish apartment comprises of a combined living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The elegant living room is bright and spacious having a large corner sofa, a glass coffee table, an open fire place, a mirror, a work desk with chair and reading light, an arm chair, a cable T.V and a DVD player.
In the same area there is a dining table comfortably seating four guests.
The modern kitchen offers you a microwave, an oven and hob, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, a dishwasher and kitchen utensils.
The Master bedroom has a four post queen size bed, a large chest of draws a a bedside table with a reading light.
The second bedroom has two single beds with a bedside table in-between and a large full length mirror. Above each bed are reading lights.
The modern and stylish bathroom has been well finished with white tiles, a jacuzzi bath with a shower over, a cabinet, a handbasin with a mirror, a heated towel rail and a W.C.
Within the apartment you will find an iron, a hair dryer, a vacuum cleaner and complimentary Wi Fi internet access. A baby cot is available upon request at a local charge of 60 EUR for the duration of the stay.
A private transfer or a shuttle service is available upon request to collect you and take you to your apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A pre authorisation of 700 EUR is required as a security deposit for this apartment.
- ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THE APARTMENT MANAGER REQUIRES A FURTHER DEPOSIT OF 30% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL.
- For this payment a 4% credit card surcharge will be applied.
- The remaining balance after the deposit payments is payable on arrival in cash in Euros.
- If you are booking within one month of arrival the total booking cost must be paid for at time of booking.
- Any cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged the additional 50% booking deposit.
- Any cancellations made less then 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- Any no shows or arrivals at the apartment requesting to cancel will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- A pre authorisation security deposit is required upon arrival. A copy of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will be taken and held in the event of any damage. If you wish to pay this by another form of payment this must be arranged prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable provided that no damage is caused or anything is missing from the apartment. If the deposit is insufficient to the damage caused the guest is liable to pay the full cost of the damages.
- If you wish to check in on Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day an additional fee of 50 EUR will apply.
