This stunning apartment is brimming with Parisian Charm and is located in a very popular district of Paris, Saint Germain. Location is excellent with the Eiffel Tower being right on your doorstep. You will also be a few steps away from 'Rue Cler', an old fashioned street known for its authentic, lively atmosphere and its excellent food market.
A few minutes away from the apartment is the Musee du Quai Branly Museum, romantic strolls along the river banks of the Seine and Saint Germain's famous terraces.
The apartment offers you a lot of space with a large open plan living and dining area, two bedrooms, one double sofa bed (in the living room) and two bathrooms.
The living room is very bright thanks to its large windows and is well furnished with a corner sofa making a double sofa bed, a coffee table, a large dining table seating four, a flat screen TV, a DVD player and an I Pod station.
Adjoining the living area is a modern kitchen having everything you would need for your perfect stay. It has a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. Within the kitchen you will also have a separate breakfast table with two chairs.
Both bedrooms spoil you for room. The first bedroom has a double bed, reading lights, a desktop work space area with lamp and a chair. It has its own en-suite having a bath with shower, a handbasin and heated towel rail.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, two bed side tables with lamps, a small desktop with chair and an en suite having a shower, a W.C and a handbasin.
There is also a separate toilet with in the apartment.
There is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board included. High speed internet access and a baby cot are available.

- Please note that the minimum number of nights can vary, depending on the number of nights prior to arrival that the booking is made.
- As soon as your booking has been confirmed you are required to pay a further deposit of 25% of the total cost to the apartment owner via credit card. This must be paid within 3 days of the booking being confirmed. Your welcome team in Paris will contact you shortly in order to arrange payment and provide the rental agreement which you are required to complete and send back to the welcome team.
- The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival either by credit card or in cash in Euros
- Upon arrival you will be asked for a pre-authorisation security deposit of 500 EUR by a credit card. This will be released after departure if no damage is caused.
- Cancellation policy:
- The booking deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your start date a charge of further 25% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your start date a charge of further 50% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before your start date your full rental charge, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
