The apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, a large living area, a well equipped kitchen, large bathroom and balcony.
The spacious and modern living area has an arm chair, double sofa bed, a coffee table, flat screen T.V. with satellite package, a DVD/CD player, dining table and chairs and complimentary wireless internet connection.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need. It has 2 hotplates, oven, a microwave, a grill, a fridge, freezer, blender, washing machine/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, ice maker, dishwasher and all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery that you should require during your stay.
The two double bedrooms each have a double bed with bedside tables with reading lights and storage.
The large and bright bathroom has a bath with shower over, a handbasin, hair dryer and a W.C. Complimentary toiletries will be provided.
This apartment includes an iron, an ironing board and safe.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A cash security deposit of EUR 800 will be required on check in, fully refundable less any deductions for damages incurred during your stay.
- Payment Procedure:
- The non-refundable booking deposit for this apartment is charged in two transactions. The first taken by Loving Apartments at the time of booking. The second deposit, 40% of the remaining balance, is to be paid by Paypal on booking. The details for which will be contained in your Confirmation Email.
- Alternatively you may pay the second deposit by bank transfer.
- PLEASE NOTE: Your booking is not secure until the second deposit has been received by the apartment manager.
- Cancellation Policy:
- In the event of cancellation your booking deposit is non-refundable.
