The apartment is only a small trip away from historic buildings such as Palais de Justice and Conciergerie. The apartment benefits from a large and inviting terrace offering outstanding views across the city.
This part of Paris is surrounded by narrow, cobbled streets which are full of ethnic shops, quirky boutiques, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and museums. You will be well connected having a metro station right on the corner of the street.
The famous Saint Germain district is just around the corner, and you can access many of of Paris's main attractions within walking distance such as St-Germain-des-Pres (Paris's oldest church) and Boulevard St-Germain.
This two bedroom duplex is unique in Paris having two terraces both over looking the Notre Dame Cathedral and one over looking the River Seine. It has a fully equipped kitchen, an open living and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Please note that it is on the fifth floor (no lift).
The open plan living and dining room has large double glazed windows offering you excellent views, a large sofa turning into a double bed, a glass coffee table, a plasma T.V and a mirror. Behind, you have a dining table with four chairs and the kitchen.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need having a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, an oven, a toaster, a four ring stove and cooking utensils.
Each bedroom is located on the upper floor of the duplex. The first bedroom has a queen size bed with sliding wardrobes and air conditioning. It leads out onto a private terrace perfect for al fresco dining. This bedroom has its own en suite with a shower, a W.C, a heated towel rail, a washing machine and dryer.
The second bedroom has two single beds which can be made into a double bed. There is a set of wardrobes, air conditioning its own bathroom (shower, W.C and a handbasin) and an entrance to the main terrace.
The terrace comfortably seats 6-8, perfect for leisurely breakfasts and sunset dinners.
The duplex includes complimentary wireless internet access, a hair dryer, shampoo, local restaurant/activities guide and a telephone.
Not suitable for the elderly and wheelchair access is limited.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Following your initial booking deposit, a further instalment of 30% is payable to the apartment manager and due by bank transfer immediately. Details will be provided on booking. Please provide confirmation of your bank transfer on the day of your booking.
- Failure to recieve the second deposit of 30% within 5 days of your booking will result in your booking being cancelled.
- In the event of cancellation your initital booking deposits are both non-refundable. No further cancellation charges apply.
- The remainder of the balance is due upon arrival, payable by either cash or credit card.
- If you are checking in on the following days a 50 EUR charge will apply:

- If you are wishing to check in before 9.30am or after 7pm or on a Sunday a surcharge of 50 EUR will apply.
- Upon arrival a copy of a credit card is required as a security deposit for the duration of your stay. Nothing will be charged unless there are any breakages or damages within the apartment.
