Nearby is the Musee Picasso, Place des Vosges, Musee Carnavalet, Hotel de Ville and Opera National de Paris Bastille. In the other direction you are Forum Les Halles, Pompidou Centre and a little further on is the Louvre.
The Marais is a charming area full of excellent cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques and galleries.
Within this apartment building there is a selection of one bedroom apartments and two bedroom apartments located within one of three buildings at 5 Rue Etienne Marcel, 11 Rue du Sentier or 88 Rue d’Aboukir. We are unable to guarantee which building you will be located in.
The apartments have air conditioning, either fixed or mobile. Some apartments have a washing machine only, others have a washer/dryer. We are unable to guarantee which.
Weekly housekeeping and linen change is provided. A daily maid service is available with an extra charge of 70 EUR per cleaning. Please note not all buildings have lift facilities.
This stylish apartment is excellently designed with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a living/dining area and a bathroom.
The main bedroom is very cosy with a double bed and bed side tables with reading lamps.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, bedside tables and reading lamps.
The bathroom has a bath or shower a W.C, a handbasin and a mirror.
The living room consists of a sofa which makes a double bed, a DVD player, a TV, a CD player, a dining table seating six people, reading lamps, and a coffee table.
The fully equipped kitchen is finished with a modern design having everything you would require including a fridge, a toaster, a coffee machine, an oven and a microwave.
Complimentary internet access is available.
Included in the apartment is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer and an information pack.
A baby cot and a babysitting service is available upon request with an extra charge.

- After the initial deposit payment, the remaining balance will be taken automatically taken from the credit card 3 days prior to your arrival date.
- For bookings during Low/Medium season cancellations must be be made more than 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation charges.
- For bookings during High season cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any cancellation charges.
- Any cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur the following charges:
- Stays of 1-7 nights will be charged 1 night rental
Stays of 8-29 nights will be charged 3 nights rental
Stays of 30+ nights will be charged 5 nights rental
- For any no shows the full stay of the booking will be charged.
- The apartment manager reserves the right to charge a reasonable amount to your credit card for any damages you cause.
