The apartment is warm and tastefully decorated. Situated on the eighth floor (with lift), it has a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom plus a terrace.
The living room is a delightful room with floor to ceiling windows with stunning views across Paris. There is a comfortable sofa, chairs and a coffee table. There is a TV and WiFi internet is provided.
The kitchen is compact and has a fridge freezer, oven and hob, dishwasher and a washing machine.
The master bedroom has a queen size double bed and the floor to ceiling windows with the view. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink W.C and bidet. A hairdryer is provided.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- For cancellations received between 90 and 60 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 10% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received between 60 and 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 15% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For cancellations received less than 30 days before the start date of the booking a further cancellation charge of 20% of the outstanding balance will be charged.
- For this apartment a cash security deposit of Euros 300 is requested at check-in. This will be returned at the end of your stay subject to charges for damages or breakages.
