This bright two bedroom apartment is located in the 5th district of Paris, in the Latin Quarter. Here you will be surrounded by narrow, cobbled streets which are full of ethnic shops, quirky boutiques, theatres, cinemas, restaurants and museums. You will be well connected having many metro stations around. You are only moments away the Jardin du Luxembourg gardens and the Jardin des Plantes.
Across the River Seine you will find the famous Notre Dame Cathedral, Palais de Justice, the Conciergerie, and the oldest bridge in Paris the Pont Neuf.
The modern apartment comprises of a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small balcony.
The living room has a sofa which fold out to make a queen size bed, a coffee table, book shelves, a T.V, a DVD player, a CD player and tall windows which open out onto the balcony which over looks the street below.
In the same area is the dining table comfortably seating up to four guests.
The narrow kitchen has a stove, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, ceramic hotplates and kitchen utensils for the duration of your stay.
The first bedroom has a queen size bed with bed side tables and reading lamps. There is also a chair, wardrobes and tall windows which lead out onto the balcony.
The second bedroom has two twin beds both having bedside tables with reading lamps, an arm chair, a fireplace, a working desk with a chair and two tall windows which also open out onto the balcony.
The bathroom is brightly finished having a bath with shower, a handbasin with mirror, a W.C, a hair dryer, a washing machine and dryer.
Within the apartment you will find an Iron, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and complimentary Wi Fi internet access. A baby cot is available upon request at a local charge of 60 EUR for the duration of the stay.
A private transfer or a shuttle service is available upon request to collect you and take you to your apartment.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- A pre authorisation of 700 EUR as a security deposit is required for this apartment.
- ALSO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ADDITION TO THE INITIAL DEPOSIT THE APARTMENT MANAGER REQUIRES A FURTHER DEPOSIT OF 30% OF THE REMAINING BALANCE PAYABLE BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL.
- For this payment a 4% credit card surcharge will be applied.
- The remaining balance after the deposit payments is payable on arrival in cash in Euros.
- If you are booking within one month of arrival the total booking cost must be paid for at time of booking.
- Any cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival guests will be charged a cancellation fee of 100 EUR.
- Any cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged the additional 50% booking deposit.
- Any cancellations made less then 15 days prior to arrival guests will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- Any no shows or arrivals at the apartment requesting to cancel will be charged 100% of the total booking cost.
- A pre authorisation security deposit is required upon arrival. A copy of a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will be taken and held in the event of any damage. If you wish to pay this by another form of payment this must be arranged prior to arrival. The security deposit is refundable provided that no damage is caused or anything is missing from the apartment. If the deposit is insufficient to the damage caused the guest is liable to pay the full cost of the damages.
- If you wish to check in on Christmas Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day an additional fee of 50 EUR will apply.
