You are also close to one of the most beautiful and famous avenues of the world the Champs Elysees with the Arc de Triomphe at one end.
This apartment is designed over two floors having a spacious living room, a dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
On the lower floor you will find the living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom and bathroom.
The living area offers you plenty of room and is well furnished having a large sofa, an arm chair, a flat screen TV, reading lamps and a mirror.
The dining area has a dining table easily seating four.
The dining area leads to the fully equipped kitchen having everything you will need for your perfect stay. It has a fridge, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dishwasher. There is also a breakfast bar with three bar stools.
The first bedroom is on the lower floor having two single beds, a bedside table and its own bathroom with a shower, a heated towel rail and a W.C.
Climbing to the top floor you have the main bedroom. It has a large double bed, a flat screen TV, two bedside tables, large windows offering plenty of light and its own bathroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower, two hand basins and a W.C.
There is a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board within the apartment. High speed internet access and a baby cot are available.

- Please note that the minimum number of nights can vary, depending on the number of nights prior to arrival that the booking is made.
- As soon as your booking has been confirmed you are required to pay a further deposit of 25% of the total cost to the apartment owner via credit card. This must be paid within 3 days of the booking being confirmed. Your welcome team in Paris will contact you shortly in order to arrange payment and provide the rental agreement which you are required to complete and send back to the welcome team.
- The remaining balance has to be paid on arrival either by credit card or in cash in Euros
- Upon arrival you will be asked for a pre-authorisation security deposit of 500 EUR by a credit card. This will be released after departure if no damage is caused.
- Cancellation policy:
- The booking deposit is non refundable.
- If you cancel 30 days or more before your start date a charge of further 25% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel between 29 and 15 days before your start date a charge of further 50% of the remainder cost will be due.
- If you cancel 15 days or less before your start date your full rental charge, a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
