Situated on the 27th floor of the Tour Beryl, this apartment enjoys a wonderfully central location in the 13th Arrondissement which is on the left bank of the River Seine and is where you will find Paris's main Chinatown. Residents of Tour Beryl have access to a private garden, the largest in Paris.
A really cosmopolitan area it benefits from an excellent range of cuisine particularly from what was French Indochina. The area is also known by Parisians as la petite Asia (Little Asia).
This homely two bedroom apartment provides two double bedrooms, a good sized living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a family shower room.
The two bedrooms each have air conditioning, a double bed, a single bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and dressing table.
The living/ dining area has a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, flat screen T.V. with cable package, CD/Stereo unit. Internet connection is available for an additional charge.
The well equipped kitchen provides an oven, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and all the pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils that you should require during your stay.
The shower room has a shower, bidet, W.C., hand basin and a hair dryer.
An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Cancellations. For bookings for stays of less than 3 weeks: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival a further cancellation charge of 20 euros will be applied.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 20% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 8 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 7 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 50% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less than 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- For bookings for more than 3 weeks in duration:
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged 30% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 29 and 15 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 40% of the booking value.
- Cancellations received between 14 and 4 days before the start date of the booking will be charged an additional 60% of the booking value.
- No-shows or cancellations received less then 4 days prior to the start date of the booking will be charged the full outstanding balance.
- A reduction of number of guests or of number of nights, will be subject to a 20 euro administration fee.
- Late arrival will be subject to a late check-in fee depending on the hour you arrive:
From 19:00 to 21:59 = 10 Euro, from 22:00 to 23:59 = 30 Euro, from 00:00 to 00:59 = 40 Euro and Arrivals after 1:00 = 50 Euro.
Please note that check-ins after 1 are possible only by prior arrangement.
- Refundable damage deposit is required upon arrival (small apartments 200 EUR/ larger apartments 300 EUR). Refund: after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
- Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 EURO per person.
