Nature lovers can stroll through the Jardin des Plantes, the capital's botanical garden (with a menagerie and the Galerie de l'Evolution in the Museum of Natural History), or wander along the nearby banks of the River Seine right into the heart of Paris.
There is a selection of over 50 apartments, both studios and one bedrooms. The building facilities include high speed internet access, a car park, a launderette and a breakfast room. There is also a babysitting service. Extra charges apply to some of these services.
There is also a delightful garden for guest's use. Pets are allowed (charges apply). Some non smoking apartments are available.
Maid service is provided once per week, extra maid service is available on request for an extra charge.
These studio apartments have a living/sleeping area with a double bed, a T.V with satellite channels and a direct phone line. Complimentary internet access is provided.
The kitchen area has a microwave/grill, a kettle or coffee maker, a toaster and a fridge. A dining table and chairs is provided.
There is a bathroom and a separate W.C. Hair dryers and toiletries are provided.
Also provided within the apartment is an iron and ironing board, a safe and an alarm clock.
Additional Booking Conditions:
- Please be aware that prices quoted are exclusive of Paris City Tax which will be charged at EUR 1.00 per person per night, payable on arrival.
- Payment: At the time of booking you must submit your credit card details. These are held securely until your arrival. On arrival the full cost of your stay will be charged from that card.
- For longer term stays you may be asked to pay an initital deposit by credit card. The remaining balance will then be due on arrival.
- Cancellations.
Cancellations received before 3:00 p.m. on the day before the start date of the booking will not be subject to further cancellation fees. Any cancellation received after that time will be subject to the following cancellation fees:
- One night (plus taxes) for stays of less than seven nights;
- Two nights (plus taxes) for stays of between seven and twenty-nine nights; and
- Three nights (plus taxes) for stays of thirty nights or more.
